My camera displays a fault message

  • When it is not possible to establish a connection with the camera then this will be indicated in the top half of the camera tile instead of a still image from the camera.
  • When the autorisation credentials are not correct then this will be indicated in the top half of the camera tile instead of a still image from the camera.
  • Make sure that the settings for the camera are correct. In particular check the details such as IP address, port and the selected brand of camera.
