In the packaging you will find the instructions of the NetcamViewer Monitor.

On each page in the NetcamViewer Monitor menu you'll find a question mark on the right corner of your screen. When selected you'll find the extensive configuration guide for that page.

You can operate NetcamViewer Monitor via a web browser on any device with a network connection on the same network as to which NetcamViewer Monitor is connected. To do this, enter the host name or IP address of NetcamViewer Monitor in the address bar of your browser.

You can find the IP address and host the name of your NetcamViewer Monitor at the bottom left of the screen after switching the unit on.

If you do not have access to the screen, you can find NetcamViewer Monitor by doing an IP scan of your entire network. For Windows, we recommend the program 'Advanced IP Scanner'.

If the NetcamViewer Monitor can be accessed it will be shown as Raspberry Pi.

No, we do not offer the NetcamViewer Monitor as software only. This is because all hardware and software is designed to work without interupts and give an optimal user experience.
