In case you have already purchased the full version for an unlimited number of cameras, it is stored at the AppStore.

After deleting and reinstalling the NetcamViewer Mobile software or after an iPhone reset, this setting shall not have been saved on your device.

In that case you can add the third camera after entering the first two and again opt to purchase the full version. The AppStore shall now report that you have already made this purchase and the full version shall be released free of charge.

You can find NetcamViewer Mobile in the iPhone and iPad AppStore. You can install NetcamViewer Mobile as described below:

1. Open the Apple AppStore
2. Select "Search"
3. Find "NetcamViewer"
4. The results will show among others: NetcamViewer Mobile, click this.
5. You will now see the description of NetcamViewer Mobile. When you select "free", the button shall change into "install". In order to install NetcamViewer Mobile click “install” once more.
6. Your user data shall now be requested; once you have entered these you will see that NetcamViewer Mobile has been installed.

If you use the same iTunes account on several devices, you won't need to pay for an additional device the same iTunes account is running on.

Apple will never charge you any fee twice for the same software on the same iTunes account.

NetcamViewer Mobile with full functionality for two cameras is entirely free.

When you wish to purchase NetcamViewer Mobile, you can use the "In App Purchase", or purchasing from an iPhone App. This way you buy an unlimited version of NetcamViewer Mobile for any number of cameras. Please follow these directions:

1. Open NetcamViewer Mobile
2. When you have already added two cameras, you can add a third camera by pressing the +-symbol. Select "Camera".
3. Now you will be requested to purchase a licence. You can do so by pressing "Buy". Then you enter your user data for the transaction. Your account shall be charged for € 4,99.
4. When this is completed, you shall have an unlimited version of NetcamViewer Mobile, linked to your iTunes account.
